”One of my favorite spots in overland park would have to be Stang Hall, a family friendly food hall in an older but charming area. Plenty of options that will satisfy all taste buds, with an outdoor area perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink with live music! Some of my favorites dishes - Yellow Curry from Anousone, Birria Quesadilla from Fenix, and the Crab Rangoon Pizza from Norcini!
”As a Kansas City local and content creator, I’m always on the lookout for places to visit, and Overland Park is one of my favorite areas to explore. It’s not only one of the best areas to live in, but it’s also growing rapidly, which means there’s always something new to discover. From its beautiful parks like the Overland Botanical Garden to its thriving food and small business scene, it’s a hub of creativity and community. I especially love the Overland Park Farmers’ Market, it’s such a vibrant market that has become a staple in the area. Downtown Overland Park is also packed with charm, I spend a lot of time here checking out locally owned boutiques, restaurants, and coffee shops. Two of my go-to are Homer's and Parisi, I can never get enough of Homer’s Mexican Mocha and Parisi’s matcha latte! There are always so many events as well, my favorites have to be annual Margarita Wars and the Art Fair! Overland Park is always changing in exciting ways, and that’s what makes it so fun to explore and share with my audience.
”I love Overland Park and everything this fast-growing community has to offer. My ideal weekend starts at the OP Farmers’ Market, followed by coffee at Kate Smith Soirée and lunch at McLain’s Market or Jumbo Noodle Bar. I enjoy pickleball at Chicken N Pickle or time at AdventHealth Sports Park, then a show at the New Theatre & Restaurant. Dinner at Veritas and ice cream at Twister’s Frozen Yogurt make for the perfect finish. OP truly has it all!
